About the villa

With its large capacity of up to 14 people, you’ll be staying in a spacious, light and quiet house of 240 m2 on two levels.
On the first floor, the villa features a spacious 80 m2 living room with a library, 2 comfortable sofas, a 75-inch TV and a large dining table, all tastefully decorated.
For your meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a convivial island and a utility room.

All rooms have access to the 200 m2 outdoor terrace via our large bay windows, with views of the pool. 2 bedrooms are also on the first floor: a master suite with bathroom and toilet, queen-size bed (new bedding), storage and direct access to the terrace and pool, and a beautiful bedroom with bathroom, storage and 2 new single beds.
Upstairs, 2 master suites with bathroom and toilet, queen-size beds (new bedding) and their own terrace and storage space.
A bedroom with 4 new bunk beds and storage space, an independent bathroom with bathtub, additional WC.
A quiet office for telecommuting (with printer and screen) or accommodating 2 extra people in a new double sofa bed with mattress topper.
Outside, you can enjoy lunch in the shade of the pergola on the terrace, take advantage of the comfortable garden furniture and numerous deckchairs, the large heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower. You also have access to our Weber gas barbecue area.
You can also relax in the garden in the shade of our magnificent pine trees, or play table tennis (table available) also Baby-foot.
The house has 4 private parking spaces, and street parking is free.
